community service

So, maybe you know... I work at a non-profit, in an office doing office type stuff. (Please note: I'm not designing the outer shell of any Cubes.) Sometimes we have volunteers who are court-ordered to come, like a community service thing. Just like the Yoda question, I have to ask this. If a celebrity were to get in trouble in my city (look right, it's Denver), and be sentenced to community service, who would be better to have volunteering in the office:

Rick James or Whitney Houston?

And why?
